Who has a BP Citibank Card?

Not sure what you guys think but recently I have hardly used my BP Citibank card. The 5% off does not cover the amount that BP petrol stations are charging for petrol and so I find it being underutilised. In the shop I can't find much to spend 5% off and now that we only get sent a gift card whenever the threshhold is reached, I am not sure whether this card will be a keeper. What do you think? leave your thoughts below.

BP citibank card cashback resolved

The BP Citibank card which failed to give the BP part of the cashback offer for a few months has recently sent out letters to cardholders advising of their mistake and to credit back to everyone's accounts the missing cashback. I think it was good of them to admit the mistake and anyone who complained about the error and got a subsequent cashback credit still also got the cashback reversal after that - which shows that it is always worth it to speak up when you are being ripped off.

Your Bonus BP Cashback

I received a $15 credit from BP Citibank card the other day and I'm not sure what I did to receive it. A search of the internet found no explanation from the usual Frequent Flyers forum or bargain websites in Australia. Did you get this too? leave a comment and maybe we can work out what it was for :)

BP Cashback gone from statement

I have created this blog to see whether other people have had the same experience with the BP Citibank card in Australia. I have had this card for over 11 months and took advantage of the cash back offer. All was going well until last two statements I found out that I didnt get the 5% cashback from my BP expenditures. The 1% off everything I was still getting but the 5% didn't appear on my statement.

I called up and they said that it will appear in the next statement. Nothing. Called up again and they said someone will get back to me within a week's time. Nothing. Called up again and talked to the manager. Have you had this experience?
