BP citibank card cashback resolved

The BP Citibank card which failed to give the BP part of the cashback offer for a few months has recently sent out letters to cardholders advising of their mistake and to credit back to everyone's accounts the missing cashback. I think it was good of them to admit the mistake and anyone who complained about the error and got a subsequent cashback credit still also got the cashback reversal after that - which shows that it is always worth it to speak up when you are being ripped off.
